Accessible - homes will have assistive technology to give visibility and control to owners in terms of who enters their home. They have accessible building design for people with care needs e.g wheelchair/rollator friendly surfaces, lifts, contrasting colours for visually impaired, fully adapted wet rooms and kitchens, U drain installation for discrete waste handling.

Freedom of Choice - We want to enable flexible Care support packages but provide choice to have a live in carer or your own care support. Minimum requirements for care are 2 hours per week to help with daily living difficulties. We provide signposting to a flexible choice of care and 24 hour access to care.
